Scott has been representing parents in the field of special education law since 2009. He has an excellent litigation record, as well as extensive experience helping families successfully obtain funding for their children’s educational programs. Scott also brings a unique perspective to his clients, having taught in public schools for eight years in New York City, South Florida, and Japan. Scott graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was trained as a mediator and was a Public Service Scholar and member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude. Scott lives with his wife Paige, and sons Oliver and Nathan.
